Functional Back Line

Happy Monday hope you had a great weekend. It's Monday the beginning of the week and a lot of fitness facilities always say Never Miss A Monday. As you go into your Monday workout I wanted to give you one of my favorite functional workouts. Now when I say functional I don't mean what is called functional now. This exercise is the functional back line which is your lat connected to the opposite glute. Which are muscles that should always be worked together to get better activation and strengthening.
