What does it mean to be R.A.W Fit

Different people have different ideas of what it means to be fit. Some chase the body builder idea, yet others the idea Cross Fit body. Some focus on flexibility and building "Lean" muscle. Which is a silly statement because all muscle is lean, you can't build fat muscle. While others focus more on building endurance and there is a whole lot of in between.

What does it mean to be RAW Fit? Raw believes fitness comes from the inside out. Mental and emotional health. Stress or cortisol, hormones, and sleep. Those unseen things determine how much success we have with what we do see. Next we look at something less ambiguous, your posture. Looking at posture tells what's tight, weak, and doesn't work. So we can design a plan that addresses all your needs.

Raw Fit isn't just a look. Fit shouldn't be just a look, flexibility, mobility, endurance. Raw Fit means having the mental and emotional ability to handle whatever life throws at you. The physical ability to do what life demands of you.
